Lisa’s recently come back to KBC having spent two years away gaining experience at another travel and tourism destination representation company.  Earlier in her career, she was the Sales Manager at Virgin Atlantic for 8 years, leading a team of sales reps and liaising daily with tour operators and agents alike.

Lisa loves the travel industry.  There’s nothing she enjoys more than developing close, mutually beneficial relationships with the trade and she’s great at just picking up the phone and getting that elusive meeting – she’s never deterred by the magnitude of the task or the barriers put in her way.

But she’s no ‘one trick pony’.  Lisa is also a professional PR, having held responsibility for the PR accounts for Gaylord Hotels, Missouri, Capital Region USA and the Florida Keys over the past five years.  She’s got great media contacts and a great ‘nose’ for a story.

Flexible, fun and friendly.  That’s how we’d describe our ‘Coops’.

Lisa Cooper is a consummate professional with an outstanding reputation in the travel industry.  She’s a great negotiator, assertive, but always friendly, and able to come up with creative, mutually acceptable solutions.  She was my Virgin Atlantic account manager for over four years, first at Specialist Holiday Group and then at STA Travel, and my door was always open to her.
