Our Managing Director, Kate Burgess, has decided to ’sort her life out’ on an 8 week motivational course devised by GMTV’s lifestyle guru, Pete Cohen.  Our client, Freedom Leisure, is offering the 8 week course at Uckfield and Hailsham leisure centres and the first session started last night.  So we packed Kate off to find out more.
