Freedom Leisure is launching new Day Camps at K2 Crawley during the October half term holiday (26 – 30 October 2009). Previously, children have been able to attend individual activity sessions but this is soon to change with the addition of fully supervised day camps throughout the holiday.

A wide range of activities including arts, crafts and team games will be available each day between 9am and 5pm, with age groups divided into 5 – 7 year olds and 8 – 12 year olds. Swimming sessions will also be available to the older group each day. Places will be strictly limited so booking is essential. Full day places cost £14 for non members or £60 for the whole week. Daily cost to members is £12 or £50 for the week. A packed lunch can also be provided for an additional cost of £3.50.

Drop in activities will also be taking place as usual and include karate, basketball coaching, cheerleading, go-karts, climbing and quad bikes. Diving and swimming courses will also be on offer during the week.

Parents will be able to drop their child off from 8am in the knowledge that by the time they return at the end of the working day to pick them up, their child will have had lots of supervised fun at the centre. We hope that this significant expansion of our holiday programming hours will appeal to a wider range of families”
